In terms of mechanical performance, we use cosmetic-grade raw materials to produce our products, upgrading the formulation of the hydrophilic polyurethane facial cleansing puff. This ensures that the fibers are not only exceptionally fine and soft but also safe—ranked seventh for being completely non-irritating—while simultaneously boosting tear resistance by up to 1.5 times compared to conventional facial puffs.
In terms of compatibility, we’ve optimized the fiber’s pore structure and density to ensure it works well with a variety of aqueous systems, allowing it to more effectively absorb oils, dirt, and aged keratin from the skin’s surface, thereby enhancing its cleansing power.
In terms of durability, we’ve improved both the formulation and manufacturing process to enhance its toughness, ensuring it won’t crack, flake, or deform after just a few uses—unlike ordinary wash pads, which typically show these issues much sooner. Additionally, this product can withstand 1.5 times more usage cycles than standard wash pads.
After continuous formula adjustments and rigorous testing, we’ve finally upgraded and developed the "Xixia Yan Kai Cleansing Puff" formula. Professional performance tests have shown that it outperforms conventional face-cleansing puffs on the market in terms of softness, friction resistance, expansion rate, tensile strength, and pore distribution—meeting consumers' needs even more effectively. This breakthrough addresses the pain points consumers often encounter during daily use, paving the way for a high-quality transformation in the cleansing puff market.
